Guide
How to use GPX.
A complete, task-by-task guide to the workspace. Each section has short numbered steps, what it costs in credits, and what you get back.
Full walkthrough — about 90 seconds
Getting started
Set up your workspace so every later step works as designed. A few minutes of setup unlocks ranked matches, warm paths and the Copilot.
- 1Create your account and confirm your email.
- 2Open Settings and add your firm name, focus sectors and geographies.
- 3Upload your LinkedIn connections CSV under Network to enable warm paths.
- 4Optionally add an Exclusions list of firms you already cover.
- 5Choose a plan on Pricing, or stay on Teaser with 10 free credits.
Credits
Account setup is free. The first evaluation is free.
What you get back
A configured workspace, your private relationship graph, and a credit balance ready to spend.
Evaluate a deal
Turn a brief into a ranked, masked shortlist of debt and equity providers that actually fit.
- 1Open Evaluate and either drop a teaser, IM or one-line brief, or set parameters by hand.
- 2Choose debt, equity or both.
- 3Run the evaluation. GPX scores the universe against your brief.
- 4Review the ranked shortlist. Names are masked until you choose to open them.
- 5Save the result as a Deal so you can reopen and re-run it later.
Credits
The first evaluation is free. Re-running an evaluation is free; you only spend credits when you open an institution.
What you get back
Ranked debt and equity matches with fit reasoning, masked previews, and a saved Deal record.
Matches and dossiers
Every match opens into a dossier with the institution's brief, appetite, fit notes, decision-makers and warm paths.
- 1Click a masked match to preview the fit summary.
- 2Open the institution for the full dossier (1 credit).
- 3Read appetite, ticket range, geography and sector fit.
- 4Move to the People tab to see the key contact included with the open.
- 5Reveal additional contacts or a direct dial as needed.
Credits
1 credit to open an institution (includes one key contact). Additional contacts 1 credit each. Direct dial 2 credits if available.
What you get back
A full institutional dossier, the right people, and a warm-path readout if one exists.
Reveal and credits
GPX meters per contact, not per organisation. A credit is consumed only when the data is actually delivered.
- 1Open an institution to see its profile and one key contact.
- 2Reveal additional named contacts one at a time as you need them.
- 3Reveal a direct dial or phone only when you need to call.
- 4Export a contact straight to CSV if you want it outside GPX.
- 5Re-open or re-export any contact you already revealed for free.
How credits work
| Action | Credit cost |
|---|---|
| Evaluate a project, masked preview, ranked match | Free |
| Open one institution (profile, appetite, fit and one key contact) | 1 credit |
| Reveal an additional named contact | 1 credit |
| Reveal a direct dial or phone, if available | 2 credits |
| Export a contact not yet revealed | 1 credit |
| Re-access or export a contact you already revealed | Free |
| Warm paths, outreach drafts, sequences, pipeline and the AI memo | Free |
Credits are only charged when the data is delivered. If a contact, email or direct number is not available, no credit is consumed. Already-revealed records are never charged again — re-opening or re-exporting a contact you have already revealed is free. The same per-contact rules apply on Teaser, Shortlist, Roadshow and Mandate; the tiers differ only in the monthly amount (10, 300, 800 and 2,500 credits). Advisory is managed with a custom credit pool.

Relationship graph and warm paths
Your LinkedIn connections, kept private to you, become the basis for the warmest route into every target.
- 1Export your LinkedIn connections as a CSV from LinkedIn settings.
- 2Open Network and upload the file. It is never scraped and only ever visible to you.
- 3GPX computes warm-introduction paths from your network to each target.
- 4On any dossier, see who in your network can introduce you and how strong the path is.
- 5Delete the upload any time from the same screen.
Credits
Free. Warm paths are included on every plan.
What you get back
A private graph of routes-in, surfaced automatically on every relevant match.

AI Capital Copilot
A seven-step guided workflow that drafts and recommends, never sends, and asks for your approval at every step.
- 1Step 1: Evaluate. Copilot reads your brief and runs the matcher.
- 2Step 2: Shortlist. It ranks targets with reasoning you can edit.
- 3Step 3: Warm paths. It checks your graph for the most direct route to each.
- 4Step 4: Reveal. You approve which institutions and contacts to open.
- 5Step 5: Memo. It drafts a concise LP-outreach memo you can review, copy, or download as PDF.
- 6Step 6: Outreach. It drafts personalised first-touch messages per contact.
- 7Step 7: Sequence. It proposes a follow-up cadence for you to approve.
Credits
Copilot itself is free. You only pay for reveals you approve along the way.
What you get back
A reviewed shortlist, an AI-drafted LP-outreach memo, and ready-to-send outreach drafts. Nothing is sent without you.

Directory and search
Browse the full lender and investor universe directly without starting from a deal.
- 1Open Directory and filter by side, geography, sector and ticket size.
- 2Search by name to jump straight to an institution.
- 3Preview masked records or open the dossier for the full picture.
- 4Add interesting names to your Pipeline or to a List.
Credits
Search and preview are free. Opening any institution follows the standard 1-credit rule.
What you get back
Direct access to the catalogue, the same dossiers, and the same per-contact reveal economics.
Pipeline
A live view of every active relationship so nothing stalls unseen.
- 1Add a match or a directory record to the Pipeline.
- 2Move it through stages as conversations progress.
- 3Log notes, next steps and owners against each card.
- 4Filter by stage, side or deal to see what needs attention this week.
Credits
Free.
What you get back
A single board for every live conversation, tied back to the underlying deal.
Bring your own list and exclusions
Reconcile what you already know against the GPX universe, and keep results focused on fresh prospects.
- 1Open Lists and paste or upload firm names you already track.
- 2GPX resolves each to its entity record so you know which are investors, lenders or developers.
- 3Open Exclusions and add firms you already cover or do not want to see.
- 4Excluded firms are filtered out of every match and view automatically.
Credits
Free. Resolution and exclusions do not consume credits.
What you get back
Cleaner shortlists that only show fresh, relevant prospects.
The GPX connector
Use GPX inside Claude, ChatGPT or Perplexity on the same shared credit pool.
- 1Open Connect and copy your MCP server URL and token.
- 2Add GPX as an MCP server in Claude, ChatGPT or Perplexity.
- 3Ask natural questions: 'who would back a 40 MW solar portfolio in Iberia?'
- 4Open, reveal and export from inside your assistant — credits draw from the same pool.
Credits
Included on every plan. Reveals follow the standard per-contact rules.
What you get back
GPX intelligence wherever you already work.

Outputs and exports
Take anything you have revealed out of GPX in a clean, usable form.
- 1Export a contact to CSV directly from the dossier.
- 2Copy or download the Copilot memo as a PDF.
- 3Export a list or a pipeline view to CSV from its top-right menu.
- 4Re-exporting a contact you already revealed is always free.
Credits
1 credit to export a contact not yet revealed. Free thereafter. Memo, lists and pipeline exports are free.
What you get back
Clean CSV and PDF outputs that match what you see in GPX.
Credits and billing
Credits refresh each billing period. The same per-contact rules apply on every paid tier.
- 1Pick a plan on Pricing: Teaser is free with 10 one-time credits.
- 2Shortlist, Roadshow and Mandate refresh 300, 800 and 2,500 credits each period.
- 3Advisory runs on a custom pool managed with GreenPeak.
- 4Cancel any time from Account. No tail fees on any subscription tier.
Credits
See Pricing for current rates. Quarterly and annual billing carry a discount.
What you get back
Predictable monthly access to the same engines, on terms you can leave at any time.
Data accuracy
GPX combines first-party research with third-party data. We are transparent about what that means.
- 1Treat every contact as a best-effort match, not a guarantee.
- 2A contact may have changed role or employer since we last refreshed.
- 3If a direct dial or email is not on file, no credit is charged.
- 4Each plan includes a 15% data-quality buffer of extra credits to offset potentially stale records.
- 5Always verify a contact before you rely on it for outreach.
Credits
Undelivered data is free. The 15% buffer is your remedy for unsatisfactory records.
What you get back
Honest expectations, with credits aligned to what you actually receive.
